NH EAST 2024-2025 TRYOUTS

PLAYING AGREEMENT Once offered a position on an New Hampshire East Youth Hockey (NHE) team, the participant's parent(s)/guardian(s) will be required to supply a non-refundable deposit to secure a spot on the designated team. By providing this deposit, participant (and participant's parent(s)/guardian(s), if applicable) acknowledge that a binding contract with NHE will be made and obligates the responsible individual participant (and participant's parent(s)/guardian(s), if applicable) to pay the 2024-2025 tuition balance in full no later than September 13, 2024. NHE shall be the player's primary program and playing for another program without approval from NHE Board of Directors/Director of Hockey shall result in the player being dismissed from the NHE program with all monies paid forfeited. NHE reserves the right to deny any player permission to play in another program, however, if granted the terms and conditions as determined by NHE shall be provided in writing to the family and agreed to by the family in writing prior to participating with another team.

New Hampshire East (NHE) Hockey Association understands that life's circumstances can shift unpredictably. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include the reason for cancellation, the notice given, and the possibility of filling the now available spot. While we can't guarantee a full refund in every situation, we pledge to work with our players and their families to find a fair solution. Depending on the circumstances, this could involve a partial to full refund, credits for future programs, or other equitable options. Please note, the earlier we receive a cancellation notice, the greater the likelihood of issuing a substantial refund, as we may have the opportunity to fill the spot with another participant. Remember, non-attendance at a practice does not constitute a cancellation. Therefore, if you are unable to continue with the program, please let us know as soon as possible.
